...the trick is to have a plan. So what I've taken these irresistible morsels and divided them into individual snack packets:
...and popped them into the freezer. I'll take a packet on any ride I do that is over 15 miles, to be used for re-fueling. Et voila! Incentive, fitness nutrition, and discipline all wrapped up in a single, tasty, 150 calorie treat.
What a plan! Of course a significant portion of them would have never made it into the packet at my house.

That's a great idea. Because I just bought three boxes this morning and said goodbye to all my fitness goals I've been working so hard on!

Aren't you good? I once ate a whole sleeve of Thin Mints on the way home. It was a hundred years ago...so none of those calories counted.
